§ 1 General Rules

1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by the revobuild.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

§ 2 Personal Data Processing Rules

1. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent given by the Website User when using the contact form on the Website.

The User shall have the right to access, control and verify the processed data concerning him/her and to obtain information on the purpose, scope and manner of processing of the data contained in the collection and to request completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, deletion of data, request to cease processing of personal data pursuant to Article 32(1)(7) of the Personal Data Protection Act, or to object pursuant to Article 32(1)(8) of the Personal Data Protection Act.

§ 3 Basic User Rights

1. The User may, at any time, request the deletion of his/her data from Revobuild B.V.'s database by making this request by email to azis.verzuu@revobuild.com preferably from the email address that was provided during registration.
2. Deletion of User data results in deletion of all information and data about the User. However, the administrator of the revobuild.com website reserves the possibility of retaining the User's data and refusing to delete them to such an extent and for such a period as is legally permitted, in particular for the purpose of settling obligations arising between the User and the Company.

§ 4 Basic duties of the Data Administrator

1. Revobuild B.V. being the controller of personal data, shall exercise special care in the process of data processing, in order to ensure the protection of the interests of Users.

2. Revobuild B.V. shall ensure that personal data is:

     • collected only for designated lawful purposes,

     • not subjected to further processing that would be unlawful,

     • adequate and sufficient for the purposes of processing,

     • stored in a form that allows identification of the individuals to whom they relate,

   • Personal data is stored in a filing system that has been secured by technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of data processing. Access to the personal data file is allowed only to persons with authorization granted by the personal data controller.

§ 5 Cookie mechanism, IP address

1. The Website uses small files called "cookies" - so-called cookies. These are stored by Revobuild B.V. via the Website on the computer of the visitor to the Website, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originated, its "expiration time" and an individual random number identifying the cookie. The information collected through cookies of this type helps tailor the services offered by Iguana Sp. z o.o. to the individual preferences and actual needs of visitors to the Website. It also gives the possibility to develop general statistics of the display of information presented on the Website.

2. Revobuild B.V. uses two types of cookies:

The IP address is used by Iguana Sp. z o.o. to diagnose technical problems with the server, to create statistical analyses (e.g. to determine from which regions we record the highest number of visits), as information useful for administration and improvement of the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of unwanted automatic browsing programs overloading the server.

8. The Website contains links and references to other websites. Revobuild B.V. is not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites. For this reason, we encourage you, when you go via the Website to a website managed by another administrator, to review the privacy policy adopted there.
