The 2024 building created based on the innovative Revobuild® method, which is characterized by excellent thermal insulation (50 cm of polystyrene foam) of the walls, roof and floors, which reduces energy consumption to a minimum. The building uses a ventilation system with heat recuperation, which allows the building to maintain an optimal temperature.
The building is prepared for the installation of a photovoltaic system, thanks to which it can meet the conditions of zero-energy construction. The ideal conditions for this are provided by a mono-pitched roof with southern exposure, allowing for even sunlight on all panels and increasing the efficiency of the entire installation.
A spacious, energy-efficient single-family house with a living area of 186 m2 + 100 m2 located in Rybakowo, a charming village among forests and lakes. The house is located on a large plot of 1,212 m2.
The house consists of two levels. On the first floor there is a large garage (which can also be used as an additional room), a spacious living room with a dining room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet and a technical room. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with a high, gabled roof, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and an entrance hall.
